New piece 💎👁️

“In the wild”
Meg Rogers Eldredge
2025
Acrylic on canvas, pressed flowers, tufted yarn, nail foil, and cut glass gems
52” x 28”

Every time I peel back new layers of healing and expose raw emotions to the light, the amount of time I spend disconnected from Source Energy gets less and less. After years of holding on to pain, I seem to have turned a big corner and I’ve actually become excited to dig out the mud of the past, exposing the truth and finding the joy of NOW. The more I practice this, the faster joy comes - and I sometimes now find myself covered in that mud, grinning from ear to ear.

It’s so weird. It’s so strange and so wonderful to feel more joy that sorrow these days. I’m lapping it up and trusting that it is, in fact, real.

“In the wild” is how I feel as I walk through the world right now, with clearer lenses in my eyes, covered with a little moss and fur, and sparkling as I dance about.
