AND TODAY, I’M THE JOKE! 🤣 I’M STILL HOWLING! Oh my goodness, you are going to absolutely HOWL at this one! 😂 As you know, I try, test and trial all sorts of products, and sometimes things go brilliantly… and sometimes, well, THIS happens! 🤣🤣🤣 Honestly, I was in my hotel room and almost wet myself laughing. I was in absolute STITCHES, and then trying to edit the video afterwards had me crying with laughter all over again! 😂 Now, in all fairness, this product might actually be brilliant. Maybe I’ve just got a dodgy can? 🤷‍♀️ I genuinely cannot work out what went wrong, but I can tell you one thing… it certainly didn’t go to plan for me! 🤣 I did debate whether I should actually share this with you, but then I thought, SOD IT! LIFE’S TOO SHORT NOT TO HAVE A LAUGH! 😂 We’re all human, things go wrong, and sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself. And if I can give you all a good giggle on a Friday morning, then my work here is done! ❤️ GO ON, HAVE A LAUGH AT MY EXPENSE! 🤣🤣🤣 👇 Comment LINK if you want me to send you the product details straight to your DMs. Affiliate links included. I've included the link, as i will have people asking, so therefore have to put that this is an AD, even though it isnt. #FridayFunny #LaughAtYourself #ThingsThatGoWrong #ProductTesting #RealLife Over40Style MidlifeLaughs SallyJacks FridayFeeling

Chicago Marathon 2026 — 2:57 (50-second PR) 100% effort today might look different than it did yesterday, and that’s okay. It doesn’t mean you’ve stopped progressing. It’s what makes us human! This season stretched me in ways I never could have imagined, both physically and personally. Natalie and I welcomed Ro into the world, a little over a month ago, and life changed overnight. Navigating sleepless nights, changing schedules, and trying to be the best parents we can be while still making time for ourselves and our relationship. It’s been beautiful, but it’s also been a lot to manage, both mentally and physically — for the both of us. After the 100-miler in August, I got right back into marathon training. Just as I started finding my rhythm, sleep became less frequent, fatigue started adding up, and little knocks began to flare up but I never said anything to anyone about it. We all want to see progression when we’ve invested so much in a goal. We put in the work, make the sacrifices, and want something to show for it. But truthfully, I’ve never cared less — I feel so blessed to have a person in my corner who always finds a way to hold me down. Chicago wasn’t the result I set out for, but I still walked away with a PR and a better understanding of what it means to give your best when your circumstances are constantly changing. I’ll always want to see what I’m capable of. But sometimes giving your best means finding a way to keep going when you have less to give than you did yesterday. I’m proud of what I put into this one, not just on race day, but throughout the entire process. *2:45 loading* @coreyagray - 1 @sarahtruittphotography - 2,14 @carlnard - 3,4,6,7,8,9,13,15 @ok.leo - 5,10 @nikidodd - 11 @manuelvfoto - 12 #chicagomarathon #marathon #runningmotivation #explore
