Arguments can be birthed from being or feeling like you’re not being heard properly or at all. I don’t think arguing should be categorized under unhealthy or a “don’t” in relationships. If an argument happens then the goal should be to trace back to what started it and then when cooler heads arise we begin problem solving if it’s possible. Of course I KNOW this is easier said than done 😭🥲😅.

I do think “argument” has been given a negative connotation when it literally just means to debate or disagree. Now I agree that tone and how things are presented is everything. The main thing in any argument, disagreement, or debate is that both/all parties want to be heard and understood. If you go into things without the willingness to try to hear or understand, you’ve already lost & probably have more significant issues than whatever the present argument is at hand.

Relationships are not HARD. That’s a Myth. You’re working against each other if it’s difficult and should leave each other alone lol
