After the blockbuster excitement of last year’s creative reset, brands are becoming more deliberate about the talent they invite to their shows.

This season, established ambassadors and global fandoms continued to drive social engagement, with Thai drama stars eclipsing K-pop idols for the first time to dominate the overall ranking, according to influencer marketing platform @Lefty.Io.

Brands also looked to more niche talent that better align with their ethos than an A-list name.

The dates have shifted, but we’ve still got a great poster to commemorate these next two nights in Huntsville. Here is our official Huntsville LE poster by @melcher_eastman (Melcher Oosterman). 18”x24” screenprint with glow in the dark inks, and an edition of 950. There will be a very limited rainbow foil edition of 300, also with glow in the dark inks. Printed by The Half and Half.

Early merch will open at 4:30PM on both Sunday & Monday, located at The Dome in the Park, just outside the Main Entrance. Guests will need to scan their ticket to enter the park & re-entry is allowed. Posters will also be available inside the venue at doors, if you’re not able to make it early.

Once again reminding folks: abusive and bullying comments will not be tolerated at Dry Goods. Humans create these posters and humans are reading these comments.

| Pendry Tampa - Riverwalk Tampa |

The topping-out story is typically where we conclude our coverage of a high-rise development. We follow these projects from the earliest rumors and initial permit filings to groundbreaking and, eventually, watching them rise into the skyline. Pendry, however, feels a little different. It’s a project we’ve followed closely through the highs, the setbacks, and some major news breaks along the way. In many ways, it feels like we’ve been part of its journey. And while there’s still more to this story, today marks a milestone worth celebrating for what has become one of Tampa’s most recognizable additions to the skyline.

• After years of anticipation, renderings, and watching this tower climb above the Riverwalk, Pendry Tampa & Pendry Residences Tampa is celebrating its topping-out milestone, with the ceremony that was scheduled for Friday, October 9. For those of us who have followed this project from the beginning, we’ve waited a long time for this day. Rising 38 stories and approximately 409 feet along the Hillsborough River at South Ashley Drive and West Whiting Street, Pendry has become a striking addition to our downtown skyline.

• Topping out marks the tower reaching its full structural height, bringing this long-awaited waterfront destination another step closer to opening. Developed by Two Roads Development in partnership with Pendry Hotels & Resorts, the tower features architecture by Arquitectonica, interiors by Studio Munge, and construction by Coastal Construction. The excitement has translated into sales, too: approximately 75% of the residences were reported sold in September, representing more than $385 million in sales.

• Expected to debut in 2027, the development will introduce 220 hotel rooms and approximately 200 private residences, alongside three signature food and beverage offerings, a spa and fitness center, a rooftop pool, and Riverwalk-facing restaurants and retail. For Tampa, that means more places to gather, dine, stay, and experience one of the best parts of our city. We’re excited to celebrate this milestone and even more excited for what comes next.

“This is what Notre Dame football does. We go into different places and it’s a big game. That’s what we expect. That’s why we’re here. That’s why we choose to come to Notre Dame. We love this. I love it. They love it. This is exactly why we’re at Notre Dame.” - Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman on playing in a hostile BYU environment
