Big congrats to my friend @michaeljosephgross on the publication of Stronger and hitting the Amazon Top 100 book list! It’s a lyrical, researched, story-filled book about the role of muscle for all of us - men, women, young, old, about finding our capacity, however we define ourselves. Congrats, M! 💚💙🧡💛❤️
