@skybistrobanff is THE spot to visit in Banff if you’re looking to dine with the best views of the mountains. And yes, their food was quite good too so you’re not just going for the views😂

🍽️ Smoked Salmon Pancakes - you get so much smoked salmon in this dish and it’s definitely a good option if you want pancakes but savoury
🍽️ Bangers and Mash - loved that they took a simple dish and absolutely elevated it! The sausage was juicy and it paired so well with the tangy caraway kraut which also had bitchs of bacon in it
I highly recommend reserving a table closer to opening if your goal is to be seated by the windows with the stunning views💕
