My ADHD-friendly gravity dispenser might look a little crazy, but so does buying more black beans when you already have six cans.

Checking the cabinets before you shop doesn't help if you can't actually see what's in them.

And a thorough check means moving things around, keeping a mental inventory of what you need, comparing that to what you've found, and holding onto all of that in your head long enough to get it on a shopping list.

That's a lot of friction and a lot of opportunities to get sidetracked for an ADHD brain.

And then I have to rummage through that chaos again when it's time to cook? No thanks.

So I made the shelf do the work for me.

Now, I can immediately see what we have, and an empty row makes it super obvious when something is out.

Plus when I'm cooking I find what I need in literally one second.

The best part is how easy it is to KEEP the cabinet organized. There are zero decisions to make because everything already has a specific spot and no temptation to squeeze a can into whatever random open space I see first.

So it actually stays this way without any discipline, willpower or remembering required.
That's what I look for in an ADHD-friendly system.

@shanemgillis see what you made me do?

Women’s bodies are NOT punchlines. Women’s bodies are NOT commodities. And women are CERTAINLY NOT for you to disrespect, name call, and judge on national television.

The joke wasn’t even funny, bro🙌🏻

(@lyss.loves.you I borrowed your shorts for this video but I feel like you would sign off on the message🙌🏻)

POV: Your cultural immersion is 40% sightseeing and 60% wondering what you’re eating and drinking next.

We came to Germany for the culture. Turns out, the beer gardens, pretzels, schnitzel, and “let’s just order one more thing” were a pretty big part of it.

We travel for the food, the drinks, and the excuse to sit somewhere beautiful for three hours and call it cultural enrichment.

Comment GERMANY1 for our full Germany itinerary, including where we stayed, ate, drank, and everything we’d do again!
