Most people want more focus, creativity, and better performance. But constant distraction and AI-generated answers can make those skills harder to protect.

In this episode of the Kwik Brain podcast, I sit down with Steven Kotler, New York Times bestselling author and leading expert on flow and peak performance, to explore how to train your brain to perform at its best.

Steven shares how to find the sweet spot between boredom and overwhelm, create better conditions for flow, and use challenge to strengthen learning.

We also explore how AI can affect creativity and cognition, including his rule: never let AI start your thinking.

In this episode, you’ll learn:
✅ How to create the conditions for flow
✅ Why challenge can improve performance
✅ How to protect your focus
✅ How to avoid cognitive offloading
✅ How to use AI without disengaging your brain

After this episode, you’ll have practical ways to access more flow, strengthen your focus, and protect your human intelligence.

👉 Comment below: What’s one skill you refuse to outsource to AI?
