⁨ ריבועי סושי קריספיים /אלישבע רוזנבלום🥢✨

ארוחת ערב קלילה, קריספית וממש ממכרת — והכי טוב? כמעט בלי עבודה.

מצרכים:

* דפי אורז
* אצות נורי קטנות, חתוכות לריבועים
* אורז לבן מבושל – עדיף אורז עגול או יסמין
* אבוקדו
* גזר חתוך דק
* בצל ירוק
* פירורי פנקו או שומשום
* אופציונלי: טונה
* מעט שמן לטיגון

הכנה:

1. מרטיבים דף אורז במים עד שהוא מתרכך.
2. מניחים במרכז ריבוע קטן של אצת נורי.
3. מניחים מעל האצה אורז לבן ומסדרים אותו לריבוע קטן.
4. מוסיפים אבוקדו, גזר, בצל ירוק וכל ירק שאוהבים. אפשר להוסיף גם טונה.
5. מקפלים את דף האורז מכל הצדדים לריבוע סגור.
6. מצפים בפירורי פנקו או שומשום
7. מטגנים במחבת עם מעט שמן, משני הצדדים, עד שהריבוע זהוב, קריספי ופריך.

מגישים חם עם סויה, ספייסי מיונז או כל רוטב שאוהבים.
