A new study suggests that helping new mothers navigate the healthcare system can make a real difference in postpartum care. __________________________________________________ Researchers found that 96% of participants who received support from patient navigators attended a postpartum checkup, compared with 80% of those who received usual care. The support also improved depression screening and other important aspects of care. Read the full story at the link in bio.

A year after receiving the @holafashion_es award, I returned to the stage to present it to dear @oliviapalermo . My warm thanks to @laura_lls_ and the entire ¡HOLA! team for their continued support—it is a pleasure to be part of your story, and to have you in mine.

Bin maangi mannat was the favourite promo line of this show but Mannat Harr Khushi Paane ki is so so so much more than what i had hoped and asked for. A team that stood together, every step of the way.. no discussions and no fights. Just go with the WRITERs instincts. So so much love and respect to all. Only once in a while comes a team that sticks together like this. Thank you all. @ayesha.singh19 @adnan_a_khan @sharainkhanduja_official #monavasu @ranarushad #swatianand then there are at late entries who helped us up our drama. @manitjoura who is just a fab human. Special mention to @leena_real who trusted my team and I owe one to. Thanks to every rockstar who is working to make this baby a success. Actors and technicians. All. ( basically it’s late and I am too tired to tag everyone) 💙💙💙💙💙💙 My team is the best!!! #mannat #malharcontentcreators
