Got Zac Brown Tix months ago Presale with a Zamily membership and I had section 15 @mohegansun @zacbrownband my ticket is now in nosebleed section. Asked @ticketmaster Customer Service Rep to speak to a supervisor and he said he cannot do that or he will be fired. He also stated that he has never heard about this happening. Why would someone who picked out a great section PRESALE pick out the worst seat possible? @betterbusinessbureau_ @thebigdm1013
