💪 ON-SEASON vs. OFF-SEASON: TWO DIFFERENT BODIES, TWO DIFFERENT GOALS! Read the info below so you can get a better understanding. "My people perish from a lack of knowledge" God In this video, you're seeing two IFBB Figure Pros at different stages of our bodybuilding journeys. 🏆 Coach Jessica – 5 Days Out From Competition - Body Fat: Approximately 8% - Extremely lean, competition-ready physique - A temporary look achieved through months of preparation - NOT a sustainable or healthy body fat percentage for most women year-round 💙 Coach Dee – Off-Season at Age 56 - Body Fat: Approximately 15–16% - Maintaining muscle mass while allowing my body to recover and grow - Eating more, training hard, and focusing on longevity - Staying within a manageable competition off-season range because I plan to compete again Here's what I want women to understand: Jessica's physique isn't fake. It's REAL, but it's a temporary competition physique. What you see onstage is not what most competitors maintain throughout the year. And while my body fat percentage is higher than Jessica's, it's still considerably lower than what's typical for women my age. I'm an athlete. I maintain a leaner physique because of my sport, but that doesn't mean every woman should aim for my body fat percentage. Staying extremely lean can affect hormones, bone health, recovery, and overall wellness. 📊 Women's Body Fat Percentage Guide Approximate general wellness ranges by age, not competition standards. Age| General wellness reference 20–29| 21–32% 30–39| 22–33% 40–49| 24–28% 50–59| 24–30% 60+| 25–32% As you age, a slightly higher body fat percentage can be normal and healthy. Hormonal changes, especially during and after menopause, can affect fat distribution, muscle mass, metabolism, and bone health. Maintaining adequate body fat can also support energy, recovery, and overall wellness. For women in their 40s and 50s, 24–28% body fat can be a perfectly healthy place to be! You do NOT need to be at 15% to look fit, build muscle, or be healthy.
ČLENKOVÉ ČIŽMY 👢 Ako ich nosiť, aby nohy pôsobili čo najkrajšie? ❌ NIE: dĺžky a strihy, ktoré končia presne v najširšej časti nohy a opticky ju skracujú. ✅ ÁNO: sukňa do A, pri ktorej zostane viditeľná najužšia časť nohy. ✅ ÁNO: krátka sukňa s vysokým pásom — krásne predĺži nohy a k členkovým čižmám funguje perfektne. ✅ ÁNO: voľnejšie nohavice vyhrnuté tesne nad čižmy. Nechajte medzi nohavicami a čižmou malý kúsok odhalenej nohy — celý outfit bude pôsobiť ľahšie a proporčnejšie.
⭐️🤡RODEO CLOWN🤠🐓 (bb girl🎀) Lollygag’s “cuntry” look on @kingofdragtv episode 4 🤡This theme gave me the opportunity to learn more about rodeo clowns, a particularly dangerous category of clowning‼️ Traditionally the rodeo clown has two tasks: protect the fallen bull rider, and provide comedic relief. The Rodeo clowns use quick reflexes, bright colors, and patterns to distract the bull and provide an alternate target to attack. Rodeo clowns wear loose fitting clothes that are designed to tear away easily if the bull gets a hold of them. Hence my GIANT YELLOW PANTS by the incredible @pinwheelpinwheel who was just the perfect person for this‼️ The size of these gorgeous pants was also inspired by the massive barrels used by rodeo clowns🛢️🤡 🤠My giant yellow hat is an “authentic” rodeo clown hat, the largest one I could find on the market‼️ This look was SO fun to do, and I definitely felt very gender 🤡🔥 something about the tooth gap and big pants… idk ⭐️Hat stoned by @showponii and @kanikapeach ⭐️BIG pants by @pinwheelpinwheel ⭐️Shirt thrifted and upcycled by yours truly, stoned by @reinanobuena ⭐️Chicken head bolo tie by @maxxloveworldwide_ ⭐️Shoes hand painted by yours truly ⭐️Clown nose is the nose that “chose me” on my first day at @coneyislandclownskool 🐓 dramaturgy by @g0d.c0mplex 📸 @seekaxiom #fyp #clown #drag #rodeoclown #kingofdrag

PRIMARK - What I picked up this week! I had an event in Manchester the other day and despite my feet being in bits from walking in my new boots I decided I’d pop into @primark on the way back to the station. The Piccadilly store is huge and tbf I don’t come to Manchester often. I got some lovely new knitwear pieces and then a few bits for the boys along with a bargain coat for Andy. I didn’t have long so this was a mad dash, but there was so much I wanted 🙊 Comment LINKS in the comments if you’d like them 🔗 (outfit I’m wearing linked too) Ps incase you didn’t know Primark do click & collect. Those festive socks for the kids were my favourite find 🎄 #primarkhaul #primark #primarkkids https://liketk.it/6pRQq
