JAY BHEEM 💙🙏

I took a time to decide which words I would use to be back on posting my yoga practice/ reopening journey, practice for so many years in a different scale of levels studying by myself until I reach the point that I got my Yoga certification in 2024 with @houseofom.bali . This is a little bit of my practice this morning. I’ve been practicing last few weeks. Getting back slowly and slow slowly. And I’m so so happy to be back.

🙏🏼❤️
