Behind the highlights and my best angles, there’s a lot you don’t see… I’ve struggled with IBS for years and my relationship with food was terrible. From binge eating until I threw up, to starving myself because I felt guilty. I spent so much time working out but never understanding why I never saw results. Lymphatic massages have helped me with bloating and inflammation but they’re also not a quick fix. Adding this to my routine, + eating Whole Foods and sticking to a solid gym routine has completely changed my physique. I know how annoying it is to put in the work & feel like you’re getting nowhere. But sometimes it’s not about doing MORE, it’s about changing what you’re already doing. You can’t expect results you’ve never had without making changes you’ve never made. Link in Bio if you’re to work with me🤝 #lymphaticdrainage #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney
