JUST RELEASED Episode 4: Featuring my 17 year old son, LG (Greene) Puckett V. A few weeks ago, Greene preached a lesson over conquering anxiety. It was so touching hearing this from a tough teenager’s perspective. I asked him if he would be interested in being a guest on @airicaonair and sharing his message. Greene has always had the biggest heart for others and immediately said yes. Anxiety is something that comes with no warning & creeps up at different times in our lives. Male, female, young & old all deal with anxiety at some point in their lives. Learning how to cope and who to turn to can help conquer this feeling.
