PREPORUČENI RETINOIDI: ZAŠTO BAŠ OVI PROIZVODI? Pri izboru nisam gledao samo vrstu retinoida i njegovu koncentraciju. Podjednako su mi važni kvalitet formulacije, podnošljivost i mogućnost dugoročne upotrebe. Evo kriterijuma kojima sam se vodio: Iskustva iz stvarnog života Proizvodi su dovoljno dugo na tržištu da sam mogao da prikupim povratne informacije korisnika o njihovom delovanju i podnošljivosti. Stabilnost Retinoidi su osetljivi sastojci, pa nije dovoljno samo dodati retinal u proizvod. Važno je i kako je formulacija osmišljena da ih zaštiti od razgradnje i ovo možda ponajviše pravi razliku u praksi. Zato sam prednost dao proizvodima koji koriste različite pristupe stabilizaciji, uključujući liposome, ciklodekstrine, celulozu ili kalcijum-fosfat. Lagane emulzije Retinoid treba da bude jednostavan za korišćenje i kombinovanje sa ostatkom nege pogotovo sa kremam za hidtrataciju i barijeru. Zato sam birao lagane teksture koje mogu da odgovaraju različitim tipovima kože. Minimalističke formule Prednost imaju formulacije koje, pored retinoida, sadrže sastojke koji podržavaju hidrataciju i podnošljivost, bez nepotrebnih potencijalnih iritansa i sirovina čija funkcija ili bezbednost nisu dovoljno jasne. Cilj je da koža što lakše podnosi redovnu upotrebu. Tri jačine retinala Koncentracije od 0,05%, 0,1% i 0,2% omogućavaju izbor prema iskustvu i podnošljivosti kože. Nije cilj što pre preći na najjaču koncentraciju, već pronaći onu koja daje rezultate uz što manje neželjenih reakcija. Dobar odnos cene i kvaliteta Retinoidi nisu proizvodi koje koristimo kraktoročno ili mestimično jer se rezultati se razvijaju tokom vremena, a održavanje postignutih efekata zahteva kontinuiranu upotrebu. Zato cena mora da bude dovoljno pristupačna da proizvod možemo redovno da kupujemo mesecima i godinama, bez nepotrebnog opterećenja budžeta. #retinal #retinol #retinolserum #skincare #education

Apologies in advance for the long, sappy caption…. I have been nothing short of in awe of you these past two weeks. The mental and physical toughness you’ve shown, and everything pregnancy & childbirth have put your body through, is something I genuinely can’t wrap my head around. There’s not a man in this world who wouldn’t have completely lost it 20 minutes into what you’ve had to endure. But through all of it, the most incredible part has been watching the love and excitement you have for our daughter. Even at 4 in the morning, running on no sleep, you somehow still manage to be so excited to wake up and feed her. I don’t really know what I expected pregnancy and childbirth to look like, but the level of respect and admiration I have for you, and every mom who has gone through this, is astronomical. Also, a quick shoutout to the nurses and doctors who made me realize just how completely helpless I am in a real-life emergency. Apparently, playing a couple of doctors on TV doesn’t actually qualify you for anything. The girls at the hospital were just the perfect level of calm, loving, caring, reassuring, fast-acting, knowledgeable, and everything else in between. Thank you for taking care of my girls. (You know who you are) My wife, the nurses, the doctors… you guys are legitimately real-life heroes. Tash, thank you for being the best mom I could have ever asked for our daughter. Watching you become a mother has somehow made me love you even more than I thought was possible. You are the strongest person I know, and our little girl has absolutely no idea how lucky she is to have you.
