Big thank you to Empire Classic 2025 @empire.classic.strongman ! You guys put on a super fun competition last weekend. I got to do my very first car dead lift and Hercules hold! So cool! @cm_nightingale_photography is SO talented and captured some of my favorite moments from the day :)
This definitely wasn’t my best performance, but 2nd place is something to be proud of and adds fuel to the fire!🔥

I don’t know why they think it’s even fair to let other people compete against you... everyone already knows you’re going to annihilate the competition. At some point the human mind can’t cope with that embarrassment, I just think it’s irresponsible to endanger other athletes’ mental health like that
