I loved Sky and what it stood for. But then I got addicted and it stopped being fun. It became a chore. I didn't have time to hang out with in-game friends because I had to gather enough candles for whatever current overpriced thing I wanted. The removal of social wax, the exploitation of FOMO, the excessive grinding issues, the broken promises "we will never bring ultimate rewards back for money," the ever rising prices, the office guitar scam (new players have no way of knowing it's a reskin of a ts item,) the way they price a single item at €30 which is equal to 3 season passes. Since a single pass gives you at least 8 items, this means you're paying the price of 24 items, but you only get ONE. Though I love the style and story of this game, and I adore my Sky OCs, I am glad I managed to quit. I lost so much money to this game.

I still miss sky so much, I had stopped playing it after one of my irl friends stopped talking to me- I wanna go back but keeping up with seasons is hard now plus I don’t remember who is who after years so I feel awkward 😔
