My time in the dessert has served many purposes but it is definitely time to go. I seek more rhythm and flow that the ocean provides naturally. I've lived on the ocean most of my life, I prefer living in a walk city that allows me to connect with people and nature easily. I feel that the desert 🌵 has dredged my soul of deep emotional patterns and ways of being that were no longer serving me. The Arizona desert has painfully illuminated my shadow for me to witness, integrate, bless and be grateful for how it helped me survive and create my reality in the past. What serves you when you're younger can hinder you later on in life. It's not like I can say that: "oh I will never do that type of behavior again", it's more about going through something that was so arduous and exhausting that I don't have energy to go back to the old ways of being. This time in the desert has allowed me to make peace with who I was before I came here. I'm super grateful for all the experiences, good, bad and ugly where they have shaped me and the work that I'm here to do. As with all things in our dualistic paradox, the desert has brought me immense joy, deep peace and reverence for the beauty this unique place offers. The intense heat shined deep into my soul and asked me what I truly desire...it is that deep resonant peace and stillness that the desert reflects that I will be taking with me. God bless the many cool people that live here and have supported Certified Health Nut whilst in the valley of the sun. 🌞 Stay tuned for the next adventure ✨🕺🏻🤩
@tyler_kolek’s CLUTCH 3PT in the final minute of Q4 took MULTIPLE bounces on the rim before dropping in! @nyknicks end the preseason with the 122-120 victory. 🔥

ČLENKOVÉ ČIŽMY 👢 Ako ich nosiť, aby nohy pôsobili čo najkrajšie? ❌ NIE: dĺžky a strihy, ktoré končia presne v najširšej časti nohy a opticky ju skracujú. ✅ ÁNO: sukňa do A, pri ktorej zostane viditeľná najužšia časť nohy. ✅ ÁNO: krátka sukňa s vysokým pásom — krásne predĺži nohy a k členkovým čižmám funguje perfektne. ✅ ÁNO: voľnejšie nohavice vyhrnuté tesne nad čižmy. Nechajte medzi nohavicami a čižmou malý kúsok odhalenej nohy — celý outfit bude pôsobiť ľahšie a proporčnejšie.
