Dato curioso: El Camaro amarillo que todos conocen como Bumblebee no existía cuando Michael Bay decidió que seria el personaje — GM lo tuvo que construir desde cero solo para la película. 🎬 Bay visitó las instalaciones secretas de General Motors — su famoso “skunkworks”, el lugar donde desarrollan prototipos que el público nunca ve — y vio un concept car que todavía no tenía nombre ni modelo definido. En ese momento Bay dijo: “Ese es Bumblebee.” GM fabricó el prototipo del Camaro 2008 especialmente para la película, construido sobre un chasis de Pontiac GTO y pintado en amarillo sunrise — un auto que en ese momento no existía en ningún concesionario del mundo. 😳 Y hay un dato que casi nadie sabe: la personalidad, los movimientos y los gestos de Bumblebee no fueron inventados desde cero — Michael Bay confirmó que todas las maneras del personaje están basadas en Marty McFly de Back to the Future.
