Not the confidence evaporating in real time 😭

This viral trend has women effortlessly nailing balance challenges while men repeatedly fail at the same tasks. The most popular version involves kneeling with forearms flat, then quickly moving hands behind the back without falling forward. Women consistently nail it because they have a significantly lower center of gravity than men. Research shows women’s longitudinal center of gravity sits roughly 8-15% lower than men’s, which gives them a biomechanical advantage in balance-based challenges. The hashtag exploded across TikTok with over 25 million posts as people tested variations, from the wall-leg challenge to the chair stand test. Every clip follows the same pattern: women execute flawlessly while men either faceplant or realize mid-attempt that their body won’t cooperate.
