My grandmother told me this heartburn hack YEARS ago. I ignored it. Then I finally looked into WHY it could work… and started using a more structured version with myself and some of my clients. One client literally told me yesterday: “My doctor said I’d need Omeprazole forever, +Tums whenever the burning came back… but I barely need that anymore.” His symptom pattern looked almost exactly like mine: 🔥 Burning in the stomach 🔥 Sometimes rising into the chest/esophagus 🔥 Bloating + indigestion 🔥 Burning after food OR when getting hungry And that last part matters. Because burning after meals and burning on an empty stomach aren’t always approached the same way. If your burning happens after meals, start with the boring stuff FIRST: - Chew much slower - Don’t rush while eating - Do 1–2 minutes of slow breathing before meals - Walk gently afterward - Figure out which foods consistently cause bloating/indigestion Once that part is handled, here’s the grandmother hack 👇 Fennel + ginger + chamomile. Simple ingredients… but timing matters. For some people, just chewing a small amount of fennel seeds after meals can help with digestion, bloating, and that heavy feeling. If evenings are worse and anxiety/stress tends to come with the symptoms, use a warm drink made with: Fennel + a SMALL amount of ginger + chamomile. Go slow with ginger because too much can irritate some sensitive stomachs. I suggest my clients to have it 1–2 hours after dinner, not immediately after a huge meal. And if your symptoms happen mainly on an empty stomach or first thing in the morning, I would NOT automatically use the exact same routine. That’s where customization matters. I’ve put the exact preparation + the different ways I use it in the pinned comment because I’m running out of space 👇 And I also made a separate free strategy for burning + heartburn that’s even easier to follow. Comment “STRATEGY” and I’ll send it to you.
This kid just hijacked a brand-new Mercedes at the 2026 auto show 😭💀 Climbed straight into the driver’s seat, started pressing buttons, and LOCKED himself in while the staff panicked outside. The salesman went from tour guide to hostage negotiator in 5 seconds. Meanwhile the kid is in there living his BEST life. 😂 He didn’t steal the car. He stole the whole show. 🏆 Kids have zero fear and unlimited confidence — be like the kid. (But maybe don’t lock yourself in a Mercedes. 😅) Marlon Cano, Realtor® @MarlonCanoRealtor 📞 305-434-2623 | 📧 marloncanorealtor@gmail.com 📍 Tampa, FL • Miami, FL • All of Florida (Buy • Sell • Invest • Fix & Flip • Investment • All Types of Loans • Cash • Land — Everything Real Estate) 🎁 Refer a Friend and Win with Me! #ViralVideo #FunnyKids #Mercedes #AutoShow #MainCharacter

🚨🚨WARNING!!! GRAPHIC CONTENT!!! 🚨🚨 Bicep tears in the deadlift. You’ll usually see this happen with the underhand in a mixed grip. And it’s why a lot of people say mixed grip is dangerous. It’s not. It’s only dangerous if you don’t understand what you’re doing. This happens when people try to use their biceps in the lift. And it’s very common in people with big, strong biceps. Why? Because they’ve trained them to be strong, and they use them for everything. Every time they pick something up, they pull with their arms. So they apply the same idea to the deadlift. That’s the mistake. The deadlift is a posterior chain movement. Glutes, hamstrings, spinal erectors. Your biceps should not be contributing. But if you try to “pull” the bar with your arms, especially with a mixed grip, the elbow starts to bend. Now the biceps are under load they can’t handle. That’s when it tears. A deadlifting cue that I learned came from @benni_magnusson_official , who holds the heaviest deadlift in history with bare hands and a mixed grip at 1,015 pounds. Before he lifts, he maximally contracts his triceps to lock the elbows. This is known as reciprocal inhibition. When you contract one muscle, the opposing muscle relaxes. In this case, contracting the triceps helps switch off the biceps. Try this next time you deadlift. And if your elbows are bending when you pull, you’re using the wrong muscles.
Loved Kyrgyzstan and its people, thank you for an amazing show! 🩷
