Could Alan Ritchson have someone new in his life? Sources tell Deuxmoi that the “Reacher” actor is allegedly romantically involved with a woman who has reportedly been spending time with him in Toronto, where his hit Prime series films. According to sources, the two may even be living together. The woman also appears to have attended a recent event alongside Ritchson. Sources additionally claim the pair have been photographed together by paparazzi in the past. The potential new romance comes after Ritchson and his wife, Catherine, announced their separation on September 12, following 20 years of marriage. The former couple, who share three sons, released a joint statement emphasizing their continued respect for one another and their commitment to co-parenting. Neither Ritchson nor the woman has publicly confirmed a romantic relationship.
Thinking of building a home in the Dominican Republic? 🇩🇴 Here’s how we did it! (PART 1) After sharing our family villa journey, so many of you have asked about the process of building in the DR. So I sat down with my mom to share our experience, the steps we followed, and what we’ve learned along the way. A little backstory: Our villa is located in Las Galeras, Samaná, a quieter, less developed part of the Dominican Republic. When we first started looking for a luxury villa to rent in that area, we couldn’t find anything that fit what our family was looking for. That’s what inspired us to build our own! 📩 For serious inquiries about building in the Dominican Republic, my mom can help connect you with professionals we’ve worked with. Email her at buildinginlasgaleras@gmail.com. Here’s a breakdown of our process: 1. FIND YOUR LAND 📍 Hire a trustworthy lawyer and land surveyor to verify the property and make sure everything checks out before moving forward. 2. SECURE YOUR LAND 📝 Sign a Promise to Purchase Agreement, agree on a closing date with the seller, and put down your deposit. 3. FINALIZE YOUR PURCHASE 🔑 Complete the legal due diligence, clear the necessary paperwork, and pay the remaining balance to finalize your purchase. 4. HIRE AN ARCHITECT 📐 Create your architectural plans and layout. This is where you start bringing your vision to life! We’re still finishing our family villa in Las Galeras, and this experience has taught us SO much. In Part 2, we’re getting into engineers, building permits, construction, and the process of designing and sourcing everything for our home. Save this post if building a home in the Dominican Republic is on your vision board, and drop your questions below! 🇩🇴 #BuildingInDominicanRepublic #DominicanRepublicRealEstate #BuildingInDR #LasGaleras #DominicanRepublic
BREAKING: Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has been ruled OUT for Week 6 after doctors discovered movement in a superficial blood clot, per @rapsheet. The Eagles released a statement saying Hurts initially suffered a calf injury during Week 4 against the Rams. An ultrasound performed before last Sunday's game in London revealed a small blood clot, but doctors determined he could safely play. A follow-up ultrasound that night showed the clot had moved, prompting the team to hold him out.
