It was so awesome meeting @ryanmillergoalie today with Liam! Definitely a bucket list getting my jersey signed by the GOAT. Also having Liam meet my favorite @buffalosabres player!!!! 💙💛. Thank you, Ryan!

Hey, I’m Gemma and here are a couple things you may want to know before hitting that follow button! ✨ If you’ve been here a while already, thank you 🤍. Take this as a little reintroduction - hopefully there’s some bits in there you may not already know about me. I’d love to hear when we first became internet friends 🫶🏻. Any burning questions? It turns out that “dry spells” may do more than just affect your mood — research links long-term sexual inactivity in men to higher risks of erectile dysfunction, cardiovascular disease, and even prostate cancer. Studies also show that men who go without sex for extended periods tend to experience more stress, lower testosterone over time, and greater emotional distance in their relationships. One expert noted that just one month without sex can trigger anxiety, depression, and irritability. The science is clear: regular intimacy isn’t just enjoyable — it appears to be genuinely good for men’s physical and mental wellbeing. #menshealth #sexualhealth #healthfacts #relationshiphealth #sciencefacts
