Rose

This is a mastercopy I did for my beginning painting final last semester. Georgia O’Keeffe is one of my favorite artists, and I had so much fun learning from this gorgeous piece.
It’s entirely to scale, I made the 48x30 inch canvas myself! I really enjoyed painting on such a large scale. It was incredibly freeing and fun, especially because of the abstract nature of the piece.
