It’s a good thing I love what I do because I am blown away by how many of you have taken the IDENTITY assessment. I have my work cut out for me and I’ve already started!!!! WOW! This is my happy place!!!😅

Before diving into your answers, I randomly texted @k_newman_hair and asked her to cut off 25 years of hair. She was so down! I’ve been afraid to do this for a long time. Especially at 51. But I feel like this next chapter deserves a little less attachment to who I’ve been and a lot more room for who I’m becoming.

One of my favorite parts of my work is watching how unstuck our members become. It’s so easy to find comfort in what’s familiar and spend years protecting a version of ourselves without questioning whether we’ve outgrown it.

I don’t want to become so attached to anything about myself that I lose the freedom to be comfortable in change. Thank you for continuing to change with me, and for teaching your nervous systems, through the work we do together, that change can be good.

We are not the things we hold on to. And we are certainly not limited to who we’ve already been.

That’s what I hope IDENTITY helps you discover. The freedom to cut through the noise and reclaim your agency.

If you haven’t taken the assessment, it’s waiting for you at TracyAnderson.com.

And no, you don’t have to cut your hair. 🧡
