Close your eyes and become very clearly aware of the (empty) space that is all around you!! This means - pay attention to the space. Notice him!! - Of course, with closed eyes you will not 'see' space, but in that very effort to notice it, you are in the present moment, in a state without thoughts, in peace, in God.
