Runners need progressive overload, not an endless rotation of banded clamshells 🫠

I can’t believe it was only a week ago that we brought the magic of the @todayshow to the magical island of Ireland. The memories keep a smile on my face…the beauty, the land, the food, the people…all shared with my Today Show family, some of my favorite people on Earth. Thank you @sheenfalls for the most wonderful stay and first class hospitality and thank you to Ireland for being an incredible place to be and to @tourismireland for making it all happen. And a HUGE thank you to the amazing Today Show crew for pulling off the unimaginable. And to @deanochapple for capturing it all!
