🎬Ep 1: How do you Survive a Divorce? READ ⚠️🚨

This is my first time opening up about my own divorce and thank god for Seema and Avantika (also speaking publicly for the first time) who held my hand through this!

Introducing my new series: The Healing Circle
Where truth isn’t taboo, healing isn’t hush-hush—and vulnerability is celebrated.

We’re kicking off with a raw, real, and liberating conversation featuring two of B-town’s most fearless women:

💥 @seemakiransajdeh – Entrepreneur & the star you’ve loved on Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives
💥 @avantikamalik18 – Entrepreneur & Head Mixologist at Mizu India, unfiltered & fierce
✨ Alongside coto’s own healer & energy guide, Dr. Ayushi Gajghate

Together we’re diving deep into our divorce journeys, breaking down self-worth, social stigma, and truths you won’t hear anywhere else.
This episode was a core breakthrough for me.

💜 Powered by #coto—India’s first emotional wellness app where experts guide you through love, heartbreak, relationships, and everything in between.

Wonderful show and subject that should always be discussed, normalised and not labelled as negative even though noone should ever go through it. No wonder when divorce (talaq) happens Allah 's arash shakes that much Allah Al mighty not likes divorce yet he has given us choice to cone out of bad , unhealthy relationships in dignified matter.

Yes let's destigmatise it and support each other. Why do we feel the need to pull each other down?! Any separation is challenging, but it can be amicable.
