How I picked my surgeon for my 🍒 job.
*currently 2 weeks post op*
In trying to condense this story as much as possible I’ve obviously omitted some details but I should note that I spent an entire year researching local surgeons, looking at their work, reviewing their patients testimonials and asking around for personal experiences.

Whilst my first consultation was quite confronting, disappointing and jarring, I’m grateful for the entire experience as it led me ultimately to a surgeon I felt extremely comfortable with and valued.

Stay tuned for PART 2!

The Next Breath is here 📖 @penguinrandomhouse @eburybooks - available to pre-order now via the link in my bio 🙏

I am still wrapping my head around the fact that this is real, but I’m incredibly excited and proud to announce that my first book, The Next Breath is available to order now. This is the culmination of the past 10 years of my life and 7 years of my work. My mission is to return breath to its rightful place as sacred in society, and I hope this book can play a small role in that bigger plan.

The Next Breath is a roadmap. It explores the challenges we face today, how the breath can lead us back to ourselves, and in doing so, how it can reveal a connection to each other, to nature, to the world around us, and to something much greater.

Thank you to everyone who’s made this possible, none of this would have happened without you.

It’s available to order now and will be in your hands 1st April 2027. Please spread the word!
