Hi Andrew, My name is Prince — I’m a recent Colby College grad and aspiring restaurateur, currently working in fine dining in the Bronx. While researching NYC restaurateurs who’ve built something lasting and meaningful, your name stood out. I was especially inspired by the legacy you’ve created through the Marlow Collective — how so many who learned and grew with you have gone on to shape the next wave of hospitality.
