The medieval era, also known as the Middle Ages, lasted roughly from 500 to 1500 CE in European history, beginning after the fall of the Western Roman Empire. It was the age of castles, knights, kings, peasants, monasteries, and powerful religious institutions. Most people lived in rural communities and worked in agriculture, while nobles controlled large estates. Despite its reputation for ignorance and violence, the period also saw the founding of universities, the construction of magnificent Gothic cathedrals, and major advances in agriculture, architecture, and scholarship. Life during the Middle Ages varied enormously depending on wealth, location, and century. The period witnessed the Black Death, Crusades, Viking raids, feudal conflicts, and the Hundred Years’ War, but also thriving cities, trade networks, festivals, music, and remarkable inventions. Interestingly, medieval people were often more sophisticated than popular movies suggest. They understood that Earth was spherical, developed complex legal systems, and built cathedrals that still stand today. They just had to accomplish all of that without electricity, antibiotics, or the ability to complain about their jobs on social media. Like this content? Follow us for more @dadsaysjokes ❤️
Kali is speaking out AGAIN after claiming she was jumped by two Baddies while filming Baddies USA Chapter 3! In her latest story post, Kali says she fought Ivori six times but claims Ivori couldn’t get the best of her, questioning why she was allegedly set up to be jumped by a “heavy hitter.” Kali also alleged weapons were used against her and declared that she never ducked a fight, but believes God is showing her that it’s time to end her journey on the show. Chile, after threatening to leave, is Kali officially done with Baddies USA Chapter 3?
Do we still do Friday Night Lume Battles round here? Check out the Newmark Watersprite if so. Worth a look 🔥
I was never cool. I was never the one they bet on. I was never obedient. I was never popular. I was never the one they wanted. I was never the one they thought would make it. I was never the one they would run to for advice. I was never the one they thought had any future. Nobody thought I had the long run in mind or that I knew what was what. They talked down to me. They told me I was out of line. They thought I should be more careful. They said I was ignorant and ungrateful . They told me I was full of shit. They told me they were better. I didn’t listen. I did not waver. I was solid. I did not falter. I could be relied upon. I always worked hard. I always did what I was asked. I always tried hard. I was steadfast. I was adaptable. I was disciplined. I was able. I showed up. I was loyal. I was trustworthy. Fuck all y’all. If you can do all that, you can do it too. Have at it motherfuckers.
In the Panduranga Mahatmya (37.24), Lord Shiva says to Shri Vitthala: “Your consort, Rukmini, is Mahalakshmi, who resides in Kolhapur, adorned with a mace, a citrus fruit, a shield, and golden pitchers, radiantly beautiful.” Likewise, the Vishnupurana Pandharapura Mahatmya (6.49) glorifies the Goddess: “In the sacred western city of Karveer dwells Narayani Rama, the beloved of Shriman Mahavishnu. A single glimpse of her divine form bestows abundant wealth and auspicious fortune upon mortals.” Thus, the scriptures celebrate the inseparable identity of Rukmini, Rama, Narayani, and Mahalakshmi, the eternal Shakti and beloved consort of Shri Narayana. She who stands beside Panduranga as Rukmini is the very same Divine Mother who reigns majestically over Karveer as Ambabai Mahalakshmi. Though worshipped in different sacred abodes, Her divine essence remains one and eternal. Jai Shri Rukmini Mahalakshmi! Jai Karaviranivasini Ambabai! 🪷🙏 #Rukmini #Mahalakshmi #navratri #lakshmi #bhakti [ Kolhapur , Pandharpur ] Attire inspiration: Pinterest
