Do you have project goals?

I feel like such a slacker when I don't make it in for this and I mean to every week...and then suddenly it's Sunday and I've missed it. So time to mark it in the planner - maybe that'll help me remember *sigh*

Usually I would be working on socks as my weekend project time is usually relegated to personal stuff only, but I have this volunteer project I need to get cracking on. A crocheted lap blanket for an organization that works with hospice patients. One that made a request specifically for any red/white/blue that could be had.

I started this before a back break up, the end of the semester, and the loss of a job - so needless to say I'm not as done with it as I would like to be, but perhaps that's fair given the gripping depression ever present. I've now reached the point where all of the main color scheme squares are done and I'm just putting them in some kind of order - a diagonal red, white, and then blue center with alternating rows of green and brown in a checkered pattern.
