We loved our first visit to @mandi__xpress , so of course we had to come back and check out their Irvine location! And guess what? We LOVE this location just as much! If you’re looking to explore authentic Yemeni cuisine, add Mandi XPRESS to your foodie bucket list! They serve authentic Yemeni food that is 100% HALAL, with delicious traditional dishes packed with flavor. 🍖 Lamb Mandi & Half Chicken Mandi 🍗 — This is a feast! Tender roasted lamb and perfectly roasted chicken served over fragrant, seasoned basmati rice. You can top the rice with fried onions, almonds, and raisins for even more flavor! The meat, aromatic rice, and traditional sauces make this a must-try for anyone who loves a hearty, satisfying meal. 🧀 Cheese Empanadas — Crispy, golden pastry filled with a warm, melty cheese blend. The perfect appetizer to start your meal! 🧆 Hummus — Creamy, flavorful chickpea dip blended with tahini, lemon, and garlic, finished with a drizzle of olive oil. Perfect for dipping and sharing! We love discovering cuisines from different cultures and introducing our family to new flavors. Mandi Xpress is definitely a spot we recommend checking out! 📍 Mandi Xpress — Irvine, CA ❤️ Follow @mandixpress for more delicious Yemeni food! 🍽️ Visit their Irvine location and try something new! 🇾🇪 Step outside your usual food choices and experience the flavors of Yemen! #MandiXpress #YemeniFood #HalalFood #IrvineEats #FoodieFinds You can also check out their official menu here: Mandi Xpress Menu. A BCSO spokesperson confirmed Karla Beltran, who appears in the photos, was dismissed under the department’s “probationary dismissal” policy. Records show she had worked for the sheriff’s office since July. Read the full story at the link in our bio. (Photo courtesy of Nathan Buchanan)
