So this past year I loss my job due to the ever changing economy and honestly maybe just the way things fall sometimes with the business of advertising. I felt down and stressed, then hopeful, then scammed, had a few interviews and lots of rejections and in light of it all I have been able to cook and bake more, get comfortable with my own company, watch more anime, see my fav musicals, design some, and spend time with family and friends probably more than I ever have and honestly I get to stop and smell the roses these days. Which for a busy workaholic like me hasn’t been the easiest to accept but I definitely have found joy in it as much as i battled with myself and the creative burnout I think this time has been needed to press reset and get ready for all the things I have coming so honestly God definitely has his funny way of making you slow down and be thankful. Which I’m definitely taking the time to reflect and grow so looking towards what awaits :)
