Time passes so quickly!!
I know we sometimes want to control our child’s emotions… of course! So normal and understandable. After all, sometimes it feels like the only thing way to get through the day ❤️ But let’s also be realistic - we can’t actually control how another person feels, no matter how hard we try. And when we really pause and think about it, it’s not what we want to do. Instead of control, let’s focus on guiding. Guiding our children to be able to understand, face, and manage through their emotions - the tough ones especially. It’s lifelong work ❤️💪 but it’s absolutely possible. And I can help you! In fact, I’d love to :) Get started by commenting “toolbox” to get a copy of my free parenting toolbox. Or visit the link in my bio to access all my resources.
