For years I would say I don’t have a problem with alcohol BUT I think that’s me just not wanting to admit that alcohol does not agree with me!

The last few years I’ve barely drank, but most times I have it’s started with 1-2 drinks and I’m all good and then the second or 3rd time you go for 1-2 it leads to more because you get confident and cocky that you can handle it.

When I reflect back on my life everything bad that’s ever happened and I’ve ever done, has been down to alcohol and the situations I’ve put myself in.

I don’t like myself tipsy/ drunk and I certainly hate myself the next day, so I’m not doing it anymore girls. This year I’ve drank a few times and nothing bad has happened this year but my mental health suffers the next day I don’t know if this is out of fear of becoming like one of my parents or I don’t know I can’t say too much on this topic.

But I’m choosing to do things my way and take action and not drink ✨ this isn’t a trend this is me realising what works for me! I hope if you keep making a fool out of yourself, pitting yourself in dangerous situations or causing harm to your mental health that you will pull back too!

As I said loads of my clients are grand they have a ball drinking and it doesn’t affect their progress or them in general but for me I’m a disaster!

This is just my brain dump girls on my sober Saturday! Have a fab weekend ✨

Whitney Rose detailed the daunting process of separating from her husband and realizing that divorce was inevitable but "doesn't always have to be a bad thing." See what else she exclusively told 𝘜𝘴 at the link in bio.

This week’s focus is your core, and every workout is standing, so you don’t have to get down on the floor if you’re not feeling it. Some days you want to sweat and some days your body just needs to stretch and move, so there’s a mix of both, from 10 to 30 minutes.

I know the weeks where you plan to work out and then the kids need snacks, the laundry piles up, and the day is gone before you decide what to do. Having the week already planned takes that decision away. You just pick the one that matches your energy that day and press play.

If one day gets away from you, that’s okay. Do the next one. Your core doesn’t need a perfect week to get stronger, it needs you to show up for a few minutes at a time.

RHAPSODY E11

This one feels special. Incredibly proud of myself.

After climbing Psychogramm last year, I knew I wanted to do more in this style. Rhapsody felt like the perfect challenge, and after a short trip to Scotland this spring, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. I couldn’t wait to get back on this line in the fall.

I loved the process of projecting Rhapsody and making progress every single day, even though there were plenty of ups and downs and moments of doubt along the way. The day before the send, I linked the whole top section on lead and managed the huge runout without getting too scared. For the first time, I truly believed I could do it.

The next day, with perfect conditions, I sent it first try. Topping out Rhapsody felt incredibly special. A moment of pure happiness that will stay with me for a long time.

Thanks @climbermacleod for putting up such a beautiful line, @nemuel_feurle for sharing this adventure and huge congrats for jumping on the send train on the same day! Pressure was on ;). And a big thanks to all the kind and supportive locals, the sweetest film crew, and everyone who made this trip unforgettable.
