Meet Alix Janta Polczynski, the curator of our current art salon exhibition: “The Bridge of Dreams.”
Known for her bold, thoughtful approach to contemporary art, Alix has brought together a visionary collection that reimagines the relationship between artist, viewer and space.

Presented by Alkinois, the Athens based project space and residency she founded, this intimate salon style exhibition gathers the work of sixteen artists, some longtime collaborators, others exhibiting together for the first time. Their pieces form a constellation of photography, ceramics, drawings and paintings that explore identity, mythology, heritage and the human experience.

In this edition of TheMerode’s Art Salon, each work becomes a portal, guiding us through a dreamscape where emotion and imagination are given form. A moment of escape and reflection, “The Bridge of Dreams” invites us to travel, connect and find beauty, even lightness, in the world we inhabit.
