Nerd time: Here’s a gallery of assets in the graphics package I created for myself for future content that I share with the community! All of these elements are mogrts created in After Effects for use in Premiere Pro.
I wanted a library of assets that were simple to use, scalable, and made editing in Premiere Pro much much easier than my thin patience with editing could put up with.
In this graphics package, there were a few key must-have features that needed to be leveraged well enough for me to keep moving forward with creating more content in a unified system:
- Responsive Design Time - the ability to stretch content in PPro without destructively stretching my media in the sequence.
- Dropdown Controls for Light/Dark Mode - Intentionally designed dropdown controls for light and dark mode so I could quickly invert styling on the screen based on the media that was available.
- Media Replacement - The most important of these features as I needed to be able to drop media in of differing sizes to be able to adapt to my templated animations without throwing off any dynamic sizing I built into it.
There are more elements in this library than are featured here, and of course more to build on and add to it in the future.
These examples are from a tutorial I recently released focusing on building a shape rig with control on corner roundness in After Effects. You can check out the tutorial at the link in my bio 🤠
