Making these beautiful sweaters that I know will last for generations means a lot to me❤️  I truly love these knitted sweaters myself. And as you might have noticed, I wear them all the time😍 The sweaters are available as ready-knitted, and after my expeditions in the spring, I got the oppertunity to visit and see how they are made in Kathmandu🧶🤗  It was very nice to see, and since Kathmandu has a special place in my heart, I am very happy that this is where they are being made❤️ #linka #knitting #mountains #sweaters
Who is your pool date? 🏊‍♀️
Neighbors, remember the woman who suspected a repair shop swapped out parts on her grandmother’s vintage camera? She returned to pick it up after requesting the original parts back. Some of the parts were returned, but the leather and other pieces are damaged. The man who worked on the camera was present at the front of the shop, but the owner was hiding in the back. Thoughts? 👀🎥: @contentsugarco

EVEREST BASE CAMP BABY!!! 8 days trekking through the Himalayas and we’ve finally reached 5,364m. It’s been an emotional 48 hours! There were points where it genuinely looked like it might be game over. Altitude running riot. Sickness. Major fatigue. The doubts were definitely creeping in. The night before our final push we all sat down and had a big chat about what everyone had been through just to make it to the start line. And not only did it have me and @jamiecpic blubbering, it reminded me of what real bravery looks like. It’s easy to back yourself when you know you can do it. Easy when the odds are stacked in your favour. But what about when they’re not? Who’s really still about it This was a team full of people who (on paper) had every reason to doubt themselves. But they said yes anyway. And that same spirit that pushed them to say yes in the first place carried them through every difficult moment, every time they wondered what the f*ck they’d signed up for, and eventually all the way to the base of the highest mountain in the world. The people who find out what they’re capable of are the ones willing to risk finding out they can’t!
