My husband thought I was taking too long to get ready… then my skin entered the conversation! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Outfit ready ✅
Bag ready ✅
Dry, flaky legs? “Konjam wait pannunga!” 🥲

Does anyone else moisturise every day and STILL wonder why their skin feels rough? That little getting-ready frustration turned into a whole conversation in our house—with Shiva’s unexpected reaction to the word “UREA”! Watch till the end. 🤣❤️

The newest addition to my routine: Be Bodywise 10% Urea Body Lotion. ✨ A little care for my arms and legs, with an ingredient that helps hydrate dry skin and gently loosen flaky buildup.

Because somewhere between getting everyone ready and rushing out the door, our skin deserves a little attention too. 🤍

Tell me—does your husband also start calling “Ready-ah?” before you’re actually ready? 😂👇

Comment “UREA” for the product link. 💙

Governments have committed to protecting at least 30% of the ocean by 2030 - yet trawlers are still allowed to blast their way through Marine Protected Areas.

Some Marine Protected Areas are doing exactly what they should - giving coastal communities and marine life the protection they need to recover and thrive - but with 2030 fast approaching there are too many MPAs that are ‘protected’ on paper, but not in practice.

This month at the UN Biodiversity Conference COP17, governments have the opportunity to show they’re serious about closing the gap between promise and protection.

Because when it comes to protecting the ocean, we’re not looking for “lots of potential”.

We need the real thing. (Ad)

our songgg “Overseas” 🦋

This was a vulnerable one for us to make. Stan and I wrote this song together and decided to use my own vocals for it. I grew up playing guitar and singing, but never really had the courage to pick it back up in my world of techno and trance. 🎧

This project has helped me get comfortable behind the mic again and embrace my songwriting in a different way. “Overseas” is about navigating different time zones, traveling back and forth, and what it feels like to love someone from a distance. 🫂

Hope you can connect with this one when it comes out this fridayyy. 🤍
