An illustrated ecological fairytale about the Yorkshire Dales National Parks, telling the story of a girl called Mimi, who has synaesthesia and a unique connection to the moorlands she grows up in. ✨🌱🐦⬛
A GIANT thank you to the amazing @campaign4parks for awarding me one of their 2024/5 New Perspectives Storytellers Grants, made possible by @heritagefunduk 🩵

This sounds brilliant, Alicia! 🙌 I still remember how excited I was exploring moors in Yorkshire and Dorset in the first year I studied English literature in the UK (having read so much about it in novels) 😁 I’ll definitely look up your book!
