“If you’re in doubt about somebody’s name from the Middle East, just say ‘Mohammed,’” says US President Donald Trump. ⁣ ⁣ He made the comments at a rally in #Georgia when speculating on who the next president of #Iran would be.
So much can change in a year. I still remember how intimidated I was to step foot in a gym. When I joined the @_alexthorogood program, the first thing I told Alex was that I only wanted to do at-home workouts. I was afraid I’d look silly lifting weights or that people would be watching me. Fast forward a year, and I’ve become my very own gym bro. 🤭 What started as something that scared me has become one of my favorite parts of my routine. I’ve gotten stronger, but I’ve also learned so much about myself along the way. The gym is now a place where I can tune everything else out, focus on myself, and feel proud of what my body can do. If you’re someone who feels intimidated by the gym, I get it. You don’t have to walk in feeling confident or knowing exactly what you’re doing. You just have to start somewhere.🖤
Which one your favourite 🫣🎀🥲……
