Track has always had a special place in my heart and to see all these kids go hard every day truly warms my heart. So proud of each and everyone of y’all, despite injuries and life happening each of you chose to show up and work!!! With that I couldn’t be more grateful.

To my throwers, typically the first even to start and last event to finish. It’s long days but you guys make it worth it, I love you guys like my own so let’s go get it!
