$Ttf😎💥 TTF vs LP Big Fight during the awards segment LP gave an award to TTF saying you are good for nothing and in response TTF Vasan replied to LP saying you could not even take diamonds during the task and both had a very heated argument in front of the other housemates while everyone was watching them silently then TTF confidently said this weekend you will definitely come to know what I have done inside the house this intense clash happened inside the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 10 house @vasan__enfielder @lakshmipriyaoffl . . >>>> Follow : @bb.black.in Tags {Ignore }: #biggboss10 #biggbosstamil #ttf #lakshmipriyaoffl #instadaily$

🔥 ELITA 10: DA LI JE ANELI GLAVNA TEMA ILI SU OSTALI SAMO STATISTI? 😂

Do you want to lose weight, or fat?

(because there’s a big difference)

Losing weight can come from 1 of 2 places

Either body fat, or from lean body mass (like muscle)

And which one you lose ends up making a massive difference

Doing crash diets, over-training, and just trying to lose weight too fast almost always leaves you worese off than when you started

And yes, focusing on a slower, more sustainable approach (e.g. fat loss instead of weight loss) does take a bit longer, but the progress you make will actually last (and isn’t that the whole point?)

I have free calorie and protein calculators in my bio if you need help figuing out how much you need for a fat-loss approach too
