Aker Development

Skidmore is shaping up into two modern six-unit townhome buildings in Northeast Portland. With sidewalks now complete on all frontages and the corner ramp pour underway, the finish line is in sight.

Each unit is built for comfort and efficiency, featuring ductless heat pumps and high-efficiency water heaters. The left-side building is now available for purchase, and the Skidmore-facing homes will hit the market soon. 👏🏽
