Iran’s left found out who was using whom when it was far too late to change course. Americans still have time to ask the question.

Last night wasn’t one surprise win. The Democratic Socialists of America picked up at least five House seats, Michigan sent a senator to Washington who campaigned with Hasan Piker, and New York elected lawmakers who spent the last two years at encampments and Gaza rallies.

Most voters didn’t choose any of this. They were angry at an unpopular president and the cost of living, and they voted for whoever had a D next to their name. That’s exactly how coalitions like this one get into power without anyone signing off on what they believe.

The progressives cheering last night say they stand for women’s rights, gay rights and free speech. One day, they may realize this coalition was the beginning of the end of those rights.

You will look much more aesthetic if you reduce all of your pressing movements to just incline press and overhead press. Drop flyes and focus more on lateral raises and rear delts. This will create a much more plate of armour look with dominant shoulders

Meet Vrindavan’s 19-Year-Old ‘Gen Z Baba’ Who Is Taking Instagram By Storm.

The internet has found its latest sensation in 19-year-old Shri Swami Shashwat Acharya Ji Maharaj from Vrindavan, popularly known as ‘Gen Z Baba’ and ‘Pookie Baba’. A Bhagwat Katha speaker associated with Shri Dham Goda Vihar Mandir, he has caught social media attention with his youthful appearance, curly hair and spiritual discourses.

What makes his journey particularly interesting is that his association with spirituality reportedly began at just four years old, when he started reciting verses and narrating religious stories. Now, clips from his Bhagwat Katha sessions are reaching a much wider audience through Instagram, bringing an age-old spiritual tradition into the social media spotlight.
