The 56-year-old music mogul has reportedly lost 41 days of good conduct credit and 400 days of commissary privileges as new details emerge about fights, phone violations, and other disciplinary problems during his federal incarceration. According to TMZ, Jose Rojas, a union secretary representing Bureau of Prisons employees, obtained Combs’ disciplinary history. Rojas says the records list fighting violations dated July 31 and September 30, 2026, along with another major infraction on October 1. They also identify two lesser telephone violations on July 7 and September 19, 2025. The specific conduct behind the October 1 entry was not publicly detailed. Those penalties hit two major parts of prison life. Good conduct time can shorten an inmate’s sentence, meaning losing those credits may keep someone locked up longer. Commissary access allows incarcerated people to purchase items beyond standard prison provisions, including snacks and personal supplies. Losing 400 days of those privileges is a significant restriction, although the reporting does not specify whether that figure represents consecutive days or combined penalties. The timing is especially damaging for Combs, whose projected release recently shifted from January 21, 2028, to March 2, 2028. That is a 41-day difference, matching the reported loss of good conduct credit. However, the Bureau of Prisons has not publicly explained the calculation behind his new release date, which could change again depending on future credits or disciplinary decisions. And the fighting allegations are not exactly new. In July, reports surfaced that Combs had clashed with another inmate at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after the man allegedly made a disrespectful remark.$
