What kind of world is livable or unlivable for all?

* Who evaluates testimony?
* Where are witnesses heard, checked, and honored?
* How does story become policy and policy practice?

The “court” is supposed to be understood intimately in public and home education(The Wisdom Womb):

* The **judicial system** for legal matters,
* The **academy** for epistemic matters,
* The **press** for public narrative mediation,
* The **church** or **civil society** for moral testimony.

These have never united. Echo chambers/noise from signals. Story wars; meaningless cultural knowing and relationships.

Need:
Shared forum of discernment with a transcendent referent as the Purposing sustaining mutual trust.

## II. Without Purpose: Autonomic Static/Stasis

If goal progress, productivity for produce(fruitfulness) is statistical momentum, then “direction” is a ghost idea.

Without a clear purpose tracked their is no guidance but an up keep of “functional” confusion.

Instead of signals like DEI, KPI, discern their service:

Does this honor life, justice, and dignity in the way a good covenant does, not just contractually?

What kind human does this structure produce over time? Bitter, fragmented, rootless—or integrated, honoring, wise?

Problem:
Don't know everyone or live with everyone. So pockets of discernment around me—authority(real realists realizing) returned to the level of lived reality with places we meet.

Knowing Need:
How does a policy shape knowledge clout, fantasy, griots, what people believe is possible, speakable, crude, or sacred?

Tracking this requires:

1. **Media Pattern Analysis**: What becomes “unthinkable” or “obvious” in public consciousness?

2. **Educational Curriculum Shift**: What interpretive tools are disciples of wisdom and dignity given or denied?

3. **Communal Habitus Monitoring**: How do neighbors talk to each other differently 5–10 years after a policy change?

Discerning elders–yes we need y’all public, the real retirement is y’all getting rid of the world's fatigue with the energy of y’alls life learning/stories.
