Here is a look at the DC Premium Batman: Hush Rooftop Bat-Signal Diorama Set from @mattel and @mattelcreations Standing at 6.5” this newly sculpted body is pinless with a wired cape! The cape has a nice stretch fabric that feels very premium and is just the perfect length for Batman. The wires are strong enough to hold any pose. I also love how it drapes over the shoulders! Batman is beautifully sculpted with great muscle detail that is well defined by the subtle dark gray wash over the plastic. The head sculpt is one of the best Hush sculpts in my opinion! The articulation is where this figure shines! The head is on a ball joint, shoulders are on a longer peg with a gap ring that is like a faux butterfly. Bicep swivel, double elbows and the hands have the wrist peg attached. Hands are easy to swap out and come with 3 fists (1 has a Kryptonite ring), 2 weapon holding hands and one hand holding a batarang. There is an upper torso that gets a great amount of range. The waist is on a ball joint as well. With the upper torso and waist you get a fairly decent ab crunch. The crotch piece is made of a softer plastic that allows the legs to get those high kicks! Legs can kick out and the splits and is on a ball peg, there is a thigh cut, double knees, boot cut, ankle rocker and toe articulation! The rooftop diorama base is 8.5” wide, 3.5” deep and 1.75” tall. It features 2 spots to place the ladder and a gargoyle that can attach on either side of the roof. You can place water into the water tower to create this mist/smoke effect that is pretty awesome! The adjustable Bat-Signal is 7” tall and can project the bat symbol surprisingly well. The first photo is what the projection actually looks like minus the spotlight beam effect I added in Photoshop. This is a spectacular first offering from Mattel Creations and the diorama set scores high with the playability factor! The Batman figure alone is just incredible, I am stoked for the Mattel has coming next year! Huge thanks to the @mattel team for sending one to photograph and review! #batman #dccomics #mattel #dcuniverse #toycommunity
